30 Day Tax countdown....

Hi All - Please see our newly formed reporting service for individuals and intermediaries.

As most in the residential property world would have heard, from April 2020 the tax and HMRC reporting on the sale of Buy to Lets has now changed.

HMRC have introduced a 30 day reporting and tax payment window, so once your property has been sold you have 30 days to notify HMRC of the disposal and 30 days to pay the tax.

If you have sold a property and need to notify HMRC please get in contact for help from our reporting service. Using streamlined processes we can collate, review and report your position to HMRC in no time!

Plus as part of our review we ensure that all relevant tax reliefs and exemptions are reviewed to make sure you don't overpay on tax!
